Job Description

This position is part of the Information Technology group with primary focus on responding to corporate internal user support requests. Position will
be responsible for interfacing with all departments and staff within the our client's company to provide fast and efficient resolution to any issues.Engineer must bring experience both in technology problem solving and in providing great customer service. 
May also have additional tasks and projects in system and network administration.

  • Minimum 3 years providing IT support in at least 3 of 4 of the following:
  • o  Networks (firewalls, routers, switches)
    o   Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2008
    o   Linux
    o   Mac OS X
  • Intermediate to Advanced Understanding of the following technologies and concepts:
  • o  TCP/IP networking
    o   Disk Cloning and reproducible machine imaging
    o   Operating system interoperability
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills ...
