Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end‑user support, office infrastructure support, asset management, and project‑based IT services. This is a one‑time dispatch role , requiring onsite support for a specific assignment or project. The role involves troubleshooting, device lifecycle management, office IT infrastructure support, inventory management, and coordination with remote technical teams and third‑party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

End‑User Support

  • Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user‑related issues.
  • Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.
