Join PBX Engineering as an IT Support Specialist based in Vancouver, providing Tier1 and Tier2 IT support. Troubleshoot issues and assist users across various locations.
This role involves in-person and remote support for Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, and Squamish offices. Collaborating with senior IT staff, you will address technical issues received through the helpdesk and deploy new technologies. Ideal candidates will bring strong troubleshooting skills, especially in Windows Server and Active Directory management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide frontline IT support for end-users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and cloud issues
• Configure and maintain Windows servers and workstations
• Support user lifecycle management and account provisioning
• Monitor data backups and restore testing
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in a similar IT support role
• Proficient in Windows Server and Windows 11
• Experienced with Microsoft Office365/Azure administration
