Join Rise Air as an IT Support Specialist II and provide exceptional advanced support across Saskatchewan. This role is key in maintaining IT service efficiency and reliability.
You will focus on delivering high-level IT support, resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining systems like M365 and Active Directory. Your contribution will enhance the overall productivity of the helpdesk, while you also support junior team members and provide strategic advice to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer advanced tier-two support to various users
• Troubleshoot and install hardware/software effectively
• Maintain Windows Server and implement M365 solutions
• Provide insights and recommendations to project teams
• Mentor junior IT personnel on troubleshooting techniques
Requirements:
• Current Class 5 Driver's License
• Degree or diploma in IT or similar field
