Role Overview
The IT Support Specialist will serve as the primary lead representative for customer support, handling and overseeing:
- Live chat
- Email support
- Phone support
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Work Location and Set-up
- On-site, St. Moritz Road, 117 Gorordo Ave, Camputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu
Required Skills & Experience
- Has prior experience in a lead or senior support role
- Strong technical background (technical support, application support, or developer experience)
- Hands‑on experience with application support
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work directly with end users
- Ability to identify issues and route them to the appropriate internal teams
- Experience creating and maintaining support documentation and content
