IT Support Specialist

This role serves as the primary point of contact for staff IT support, assisting with desktop hardware, software, and user environments. The position also provides secondary support for network infrastructure, including wired and wireless systems, VPN, firewalls, and data backups. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.




Qualifications



  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

  • 1–2 years of IT support experience (hardware/software)
