:

  • IT Support experience with the following:Windows OS device support & managementApple iOS and Android mobile device support & management
  • Working knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) and SSO tools such as Entra ID, PingID, OneLogin, and Okta
  • Google workspace Administration
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Own, create and or improve processes and procedures enabling best practices
  • Build, maintain and grow internal relationships, drive deliverables and outcomes and
  • Gain exposure to some of the complex tasks with the help of Senior Engineers and Support Staff.
