Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries for internal staff who need technical assistance via the phone or email or in person
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Ensure every document are up to date and time to time housekeeping
  • Walk users through problem-solving process.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.
  • Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task which assigned by immediate superior
  • Proficient and familiar in Microsoft 365, Example :-
    1) Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Admin Center / Microsoft Azure
    2) Microsoft 365 applications and administration
    3) Exchange Server
