Job Role

The IT Support role will provide first line technical support across the organisation, assisting in the effective operation and daily support of the company network, systems and processes. The successful candidate will gain valuable hands‑on experience by contributing to a range of ongoing and future IT infrastructure and upgrade projects, while providing support to users across multiple office and site locations.

This role will involve providing technical assistance to end users, maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, configuring and deploying hardware, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring all devices and technology assets operate efficiently and effectively throughout the business.
