Job Description

This position is primarily responsible for the IT technical support and daily operation and maintenance of the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the SRM system and supporting the digital collaborative business of the supply chain.

Responsibilities

System Operation & Maintenance: Conduct daily inspection, monitoring and maintenance of SRM system; promptly detect and handle operational anomalies to ensure system availability, stability and data security.

Technical Troubleshooting: Receive SRM-related technical consultations and fault reports from internal/external users; quickly analyze root causes, provide solutions and follow up on closure; coordinate with 2nd-line teams or suppliers for complex issues.
