Job Summary

The IT Support Staff is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to company employees. This role ensures that computers, internet connectivity, software, and systems are working efficiently to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform laptop and computer check-ups, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
  • Resolve internet and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
  • Set up and manage Google Workspace email accounts
  • Install, update, and configure software and applications
  • Assist with new employee onboarding, including device and account setup
  • Perform file backups and provide basic system support
  • Provide general IT support and technical assistance to approximately 25 employees
  • Respond promptly to IT-related concerns and requests
