IT Support Partner

A Permanent IT Support Partner is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Galway based client. Seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Partner to join the Galway campus in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. This role is based on-site at our facility in Galway and may require occasional after-hours and some travel will be required to support other office location. THE ROLE: Provide technical support for PCs, peripheral devices, and the M365 suite of applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, access, and connectivity issues Support PC deployment via Autopilot, imaging, setup, maintenance, replacement of IT equipment.
