Key Responsibilities:
• Administer IT infrastructure and network health
• Provide technical support and solutions for users
• Assist with cybersecurity controls and compliance tasks
• Conduct system management in Microsoft Active Directory
• Participate in technology project staff training
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of IT infrastructure experience
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
