IT Support Officer

Job Status: Full Time Onsite

Required Experience: 2-3 Years

Location: Karachi Port, East Wharf, Near Port Grand, Karachi.

-Provide Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues System Configuration & Maintenance

-Assist employees with IT-related inquiries, ensuring high-quality and user-friendly support.

-Configure, deploy, and maintain user workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

-Troubleshoot basic network issues, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless connectivity problems.

-Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.

-Assist in enforcing IT security policies and procedures across systems and endpoints.

-Guide junior support staff and end-users on system usage, best practices, and basic troubleshooting.
