The opportunity

Our client is a well-established global organisation with its APAC technology support hub based in Brisbane. They are looking for an IT Support Analyst who wants more than a queue of password resets.

This role has genuine breadth. You will be the first point of contact for offices across Asia Pacific, but the work runs well beyond level 1. You will build and deploy fleets of devices through modern endpoint management tooling, own problems through to root cause rather than bouncing them upstairs, and have a real say in how support processes evolve.
