I.T SUPPORT JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

System Support and Maintenance

  1. Observe transmission states of all vehicles under the Company's system. Report any irregularities.

  2. Monitoring of system functionality and operations, to make sure that the Company's system is always running to its full capacity.

  3. Knowledge in PCBs required.

Communication

  1. As an IT support Officer you should be able to communicate with clients effectively:

  2. Follow up on any vehicle transmission related issue observed on the system following the proper channels.

  3. Guide clients and any other end user on how to navigate the monitoring platform and also ensure every client has access.

  4. Send reminders to clients on certificate expiries.
