IT Support Specialist / IT Support Engineer
(Internship / Fresh Graduate Welcome)

What You Will Do

  • Provide on-site and remote support to staff for everyday IT issues (computers, software, network, security, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems efficiently.
  • Ensure IT systems run smoothly and users receive good support.
  • Follow standard IT processes for handling incidents, requests, and assets.
  • Visit branch offices when needed to provide support.
  • Follow company IT policies and guidelines from Head Office.

Who We're Looking For

  • Graduates / fresh graduates / final-year students are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and troubleshooting (training will be provided).
  • Familiar with or willing to learn:
  • Windows and/or MacOs
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Email (Outlook / Exchange)
  • Basic networking (Wi-Fi, LAN, internet issues)...
