Job Description

The IT Support Officer is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to staff, maintaining the company's computer systems and networks, and ensuring smooth IT operations. This role also includes developing, maintaining, and updating the company's websites and online platforms through effective web design and programing skills.

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain data security and back‑up systems.
  • Monitor network performance and assist in resolving connectivity issues.
  • Design, develop and maintain the company's websites and web applications.
  • Knowledgeable in web design/web programming.
