What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting users both in person and via our Jira ticketing system.
Learning basic administration of accounting platforms like CCH Axcess, CCH Engagement, QuickBooks, and PPC tools.
Providing IT assistance across a variety of software and hardware solutions.
