Summary
We are looking for a talented IT Support & Endpoint Engineer to provide global support for endpoint devices and Windows-based application servers. This role combines hands-on IT support with endpoint management, patching, security hardening, and continuous improvement of IT operations in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-user and endpoint support via the ITSM system, resolving incidents and requests;
Manage and support endpoint devices through imaging, patching, and hardening;
Administer Windows Server environments (2012 R2–2022) and Active Directory;
Ensure servers and endpoints are patched according to global schedules;
Maintain documentation, follow change management processes, and support audits;
Identify opportunities to automate and improve IT support processes.
