- Performing incident resolution and follow-up, problem identification, analysis, and customer support,
- Monitoring, preventing and reporting on our customers’ installations,
- Participating in continuous improvement of the overall production environment and proposing improvements where required,
- Being involved in IT-related projects,
- Delivering IT parts to customers.
