Job Summary:

RBS Software Solutions Junior System Administrator will assist with server setup, system monitoring, network support, and user account management across a variety of environments. The RBS Software Solutions Jr System Administrator will support external client projects by preparing system environments, coordinating technical setup, and addressing infrastructure needs related to deployments, testing, and client-specific IT requirements.

General Duties and Responsibility

· Assist the System Administrator in deploying, configuring, and maintaining servers, virtual machines, and network infrastructure.

· Help monitor system performance, availability, and health using monitoring tools and logs.

· Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
