Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/Diploma in any field.
  • No work experience required. Training will be provided.
  • Required Skill(s): Basic computer knowledge, network, file sharing

Responsibilities

  • Software Installation. (Includes Accounting & POS System, Drivers, any required components)
  • Software(Accounting & POS System) support for call-in customers (At Office)
  • Provide Software(Accounting & POS System) training to customers (On-site)
  • Teach set up new products detail, pricing etc.
  • Teach transaction entries for Accounting & POS System.
  • Configure initial settings for Accounting & POS System.
  • Customize report format. (Includes barcode printer , receipt printer, standard printer formats.)
  • Network configuration. (Includes LAN, Remote, Port Forwarding etc.)
  • Troubleshoot software & hardware issues.
