No work experience required. Training will be provided.
Required Skill(s): Basic computer knowledge, network, file sharing
Responsibilities
- Software Installation. (Includes Accounting & POS System, Drivers, any required components)
- Software (Accounting & POS System) support for call-in customers (At Office)
- Provide Software (Accounting & POS System) training to customers (On-site)
- Teach set up new products detail, pricing etc.
- Teach transaction entries for Accounting & POS System.
- Configure initial settings for Accounting & POS System.
- Troubleshoot software & hardware issues.
