IT Support

Requirements:

• Any Diploma/B.E/B.Tech/Graduate degree holder with sound knowledge in Hardwares, Networking and other IT systems.
• A background with IT field work experience is preferred.
• Must have knowledge about Windows OS, Windows Server, Cloud technologies, Networking and Complex Hardwares like Firewall, Switch, Router, CCTV etc.
• Ability to research, speak and learn quickly as well as work independently on any kind of technical difficulties.
• Available for a Full Time job and ability to provide Remote Support as needed.
• Excellent online research skills and capability to provide the effective reports to external clients.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills
