Job Description

General Information

  • Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field (alternatively, a completed IT apprenticeship with further training)
  • Initial practical experience in IT support / 1st-level support is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Basic hardware knowledge (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers)
  • Very good written and spoken German skills; good command of English
  • Team-oriented and reliable personality with a quick grasp of new topics
  • Structured working approach with a strong service and customer focus
  • Willingness to take responsibility in day-to-day operational business
