Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, mobile phones, printers, and scanners.
  • Replace/repair computer hardware down to component level (e.g. Replacing laptop LCD screen, CPU fan, ribbon connectors, speaker, and more)
  • Responding in a timely manner to service users' issues and requests.
  • Perform bi-weekly rounding duty on all computer stations to ensure everything is in working condition.
  • Assist the IT Infra Support team in various IT projects, such as testing new technology on hardware and software.
  • Willing to work in the Suntec Tower 1 (HQ) and also Warehouse located at Pandan Ave.

  • In the process of completing a bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Interest in working for an eCommerce industry.
