Job Description

We are looking for talented and passionate IT Support Intern our Engineering team. The selected candidate will be given chances to experience hands-on duty while adapting to our fast-paced working style. The position is based in ZALORA Warehouse.

Responsibilities :
  • IT interns must support the warehouse operation team in the maintenance of hardware, software and other system. 
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support 
  • Handle IT related documentation and make sure that all IT supplies are available. 
  • Handle infrastructure administration activities such as server, storage capacity handling and IT related issues
    • Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Internship period 3 to 6 months.
