Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support / Systems Technician to support our growing team. This role is critical to ensuring new hires are productive from day one by managing device provisioning, system access, and internal IT support. You'll be the frontline of our IT operations, maintaining reliable systems and delivering an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision, configure, and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals for new hires and existing employees
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across internal systems (e.g., email, SSO, SaaS tools, VPNs)
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring timely setup and decommissioning of devices and access
  • Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, and operating system issues (Windows/macOS)
