Job description

 Reimage notebook and desktop

 Troubleshooting basic IT issues

 Troubleshooting basic network issues

 Provide hand and feet on network/server issues

 Standby / Onsite field support

 Replace notebook/desktop hardware and part

 Able to support during weekdays 9am-6pm only will be entertain.

 Schedule:  Day shift

 Monday to Friday

 Ability to commute/relocate

 Penang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

 Work is in Penang

 Experience: IT support: 1 year (Required)

 Training will be provided

Pay: RM RM110.00 per day

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
