Job Description
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Able to identify PC, Printer and hardware problems and advising on the solution
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Hardware maintenance especially PC and Printer
In depth knowledge of the network types such LAN and WAN
Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via the phone or email
Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Keep record of problems and customers solution
Follow-up with customers
Reporting base on projects
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree with honours in Computer Science/ ICT Engineering/ Networking or equivalent
Good in oral and written communication skills
Good presentation and customer-facing skills
Able to execute tasks independently with minimize supervision
