We are seeking an IT Support Executive with ability to communicate in Japanese (min. JLPT N3) to join our IT team and provide technical assistance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. The IT Support Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities include:
Technical Support:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, offer solutions, and guide users through step-by-step resolutions.
