IT Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day IT support and internal technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows systems, internet connectivity, and office networks
• Handle office telephone systems, extensions, and basic troubleshooting
• Monitor and maintain CCTV and surveillance systems
• Support hardware, printers, and other office peripherals
• Manage user access, basic system security, and IT inventory
• Coordinate with vendors for IT-related maintenance and repairs
• Ensure smooth internal IT operations with minimal downtime

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
• Experience with internet, telephone, and surveillance systems
• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
