Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve hardware, software and network issues for end-users.
  • Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions and access (e.g., Active Directory, Office 365).
  • Monitor systems, apply updates/patches, and enforce security policies.
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets, support activities, and resolution steps.
  • Provide support via ticketing system, phone, email or in-person and escalate when needed.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in IT support or related technical role of 1 to 2 years.
  • Good knowledge of Windows (and/or macOS), office applications and basic networking.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication and user-service skills.

Shift: Night - 9 pm to 6 am or 7 pm to 4 am.
