Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support in a PEZA-compliant environment. The role focuses on hardware troubleshooting, PC support, and secure PC disposal processes while ensuring compliance with company and PEZA regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, PC, and peripheral issues (desktops, laptops, printers, network devices).
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware components.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
  • Manage PC asset lifecycle, including inventory, documentation, and secure disposal in accordance with PEZA and company policies.
  • Provide technical support to end-users onsite and remotely, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the IT service system.
