Technical Support Engineer (Software)
Northern Ireland (Primarily office based with some remote working)
Our growing client are a specialist software company. There are multiple roles available for a new team based out of their NI office. In this exciting role, you will provide expert technical support for their specialist platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-priority support cases with appropriate urgency and professionalism
- Troubleshoot and support web applications
- Write and optimize SQL queries to investigate customer issues and analyse platform behaviour
- Monitor and respond to support tickets within established SLA guidelines
