Job Description

Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Fixed Night Shift)
Workdays: 3–4 days per week
Wednesday/Thursday to Saturday (3/4 days a week)
Responsibilities
Provide full end-user IT support during the fixed night shift, including remote assistance when required.
Monitor the internal ticketing system and respond to warehouse/storage management systems and manufacturing system issues based on established SOPs.
Extract system transaction data using basic SQL queries.
Monitor server and network health, ensuring production and tester networks run smoothly; escalate issues during critical incidents.
Conduct internal IT audits and training sessions to ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including accounts setup, deactivation, and documentation.
Handle IT asset tasks such as procurement paperwork, installation, configuration, licensing renewals, and proper record maintenance.
