• You are expected to diagnose and resolve incidents involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and enterprise applications through various support channels.

• You must install, configure, deploy, and maintain end-user computing devices, operating systems, software applications, and endpoint security solutions.

• You are expected to perform hardware upgrades, replacements, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT assets.
