We are seeking a Remote Support Engineer to serve as a reliable, hands-on Level 2 technical resource within our lean IT services operation. This role focuses on resolving escalated and complex support tickets, executing Microsoft 365 projects, and maintaining high-quality documentation, all under structured Service Delivery Manager coordination. You will work remotely to facilitate outcomes on higher-level tickets that exceed our frontline Service Technician capabilities.
