Job Description

Founded by experienced technical individuals, we are a tech startup located in Petaling Jaya. Our primary focus is to provide high-quality Managed Services to our customers.

The standard operating hours for the role is 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

This role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Acting as the front line support for end customers.
  • Includes travelling to customers' premises to provide on-site support.
  • Keeping the customers' documentations up to date.
  • Monitoring the customers' IT operating environment, endpoints, servers, network devices and so on.
  • Maintain the customers' IT operating environment to a healthy state by adhering to procedures provided.
  • Support any Microsoft 365 related issues stemmed from the customers' environment.
  • To work on any ad-hoc tasks provided.
