IT Support Engineer (O365 & Active Directory)

IT Support Engineer (O365 & Active Directory) including Webex/Team Support

Work location: Changi Business Park

Provide day-to-day support and administration for Microsoft O365 services, including user account management, mailbox administration, and SharePoint site creation.

Assist in Microsoft Active Directory (AD) management , including user provisioning, access control, group policy updates, and directory maintenance (preferably certified).

Support and manage Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration tools.

Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Webex and meeting room equipment to ensure seamless conferencing experience.

Perform basic troubleshooting for end-user issues related to collaboration platforms and IT systems.

Support compliance recording systems (e.g., NICE) where applicable.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and user support.
