We are recruiting a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to support an MSP client. This is an Inside IR35 contract, primarily onsite, providing hands-on technical support.

This role is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused engineer who enjoys troubleshooting, working closely with users, and supporting core IT systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd line technical support to end users, both desk-side and remotely
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support and maintain Windows Server environments, including routine checks and basic administration
  • Manage and respond to incidents, service requests, and changes via ServiceNow
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies
