The IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, managing end-user computing assets, and ensuring smooth operation of core IT services across the organization. This role supports the full lifecycle of laptops and related hardware, administers Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD), and assists with day-to-day network operations. The IT support engineer also contributes to the management and optimization of Jira and Confluence platforms to support internal workflows and knowledge management.
