We're working with a well-established Managed Services Provider looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Enginee r to support complex client environments and lead infrastructure projects across the DC metro area

  • y:Execute server migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and technology deploymen
  • tsSupport Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, virtualization, and networking environmen
  • tsConfigure and troubleshoot firewalls, cloud platforms, and core infrastructu
  • reServe as an escalation point for advanced technical issu
  • esWork directly with clients while documenting solutions and improving technical standar
