Bauer Provide L2 and L3 front-end support for various software applications and systems
Deliver exceptional software support, resolving technical problems efficiently and effectively
Address and resolve issues on client devices, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of support activities and solutions provided
Conduct remote problem-solving sessions to assist clients with technical issues Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education
Relevant working experience in providing L2 and L3 front-end support incl.
