About the Role
As our Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping our technology running smoothly across the organisation. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues—spanning software, hardware, networks, and cloud systems—and ensure our team can rely on you when urgent support is needed.
You’ll work closely with people across all departments, explaining technical concepts in a clear and friendly way, and supporting everything from Level 1 to Level 3 enquiries.
