Main duties and responsibilities
•
To carry out system activities with focus on installation, configuration, migration, up-grading, troubleshooting and maintenance of software, hardware, Wi-Fi and Printer set-up and related peripherals in office.
•
Experience in managing AD, user creation, user permissions and OU
•
level 1 troubleshooting of telephony, printers, LAN/VLAN Wi-Fi network problems
•
Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults including replacing internal hard-ware parts for notebooks, desktops, Network devices and Servers.
•
Supporting the roll-out of new or existing applications or hardware.
•
Responding within agreed time limits for daily tickets.
•
Troubleshooting on a task until completion using individual skills or consulting with peers and/or internal expertise within local or global organization setup.
