About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our global IT team. You will provide technical support to onsite and remote users, ensuring smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, endpoint devices, collaboration tools, and cloud systems. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing hardware, software, and cloud solutions while delivering first-class support across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

End-User Support

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops (Windows & Mac), mobile devices (iOS, Android, tablets), printers, and business applications.
  • Support Microsoft 365 Apps and collaboration tools including Teams and Teams Calling.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for both onsite and remote users using remote support tools.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and ownership of issues through resolution.
