IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer who is intelligent, proactive, and solution-focused. Requirements Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to end users both physically and remotely. Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Organize, monitor, and maintain IT assets and resources. Assist in IT operations including cybersecurity practices, programming support, analytics tasks, data center activities, and maintaining IT inventory.
