In this role, you will support and scale global IT operations by delivering reliable, high-quality technical support to employees across multiple regions. You will work closely with IT leadership to manage devices, applications, and access while maintaining a secure and compliant environment. The position is hands-on and user-focused, covering end-user support, onboarding and offboarding, and systems administration. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-growing, remote-friendly SaaS environment.
